I have had the wonderful pleasure of meeting one of the Zumba Zisters in Jr. High. She and I, along with many other girls enjoyed many days during school pass time having fun talking about all the things girls talk about. Nancy Rodriguez along with her sister Lupe, which I have had the pleasure of meeting recently during our photo session have embarked in a new Zisterly journey. Zumba is one of their passions and they enjoy teaching it to others. Zumba is a great way for many women as well as men to exercise while learning dance routines and still actually work off many calories. Zumba has been a new craze in the United States since it was created and introduced by Beto Perez. These young ladies are certified instructors in the city of Bellflower, California where we all grew up. They are looking to many more adventures with Zumba and are putting on a Zumba event this coming October 2011.
